Founder/Principal

With 10+ years of experience in construction management, property management and real estate investing, Jim started Ironshore Development in 2022 to tie all three specialties into one. Jim is a husband, entrepreneur, avid triathlete, dog lover, and "aspiring" ultramarathon runner.

Starting with a small set of apartment buildings, Ironshore Development is focused on growing and improving the local communities in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Ironshore Cares

Under construction - the Ironshore Foundation will soon be a non profit, charitable trust that will focus on developing and contributing to community outreach projects, donations, scholarships and other philanthropic opportunities.
